Small Group Training

Do you enjoy a fun and dynamic group atmosphere? Then our small group training program is for you. We offer small group training programs that are capped off at a maximum of 8 people. We do this because we want to make sure that no one gets left behind.

By working in such a small group, we can ensure that each individual participant will be receiving the right amount of personalized attention every session. 

Of course, we treat our small group training just like any other coaching program. This means that you have the same amount of nutritional program, extra workouts and accountability as our semi-private and private training clients.
