About Us

Evertrain is a local personal training studio that specializes in working with people over 50.

We understand the challenges that come with maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle in the later stages of life. With so much information out there, it can be overwhelming and flat out discouraging on what to do and where to start.  

We're here to bridge the gap between the giant sea of information and you.

Over the last 4+ years we've worked with dozens of people over 50 from all over Ottawa to help them reach their goals in a safe and sustainable way.

We believe that habit forming and movement quality/injury prevention are absolutely crucial aspects to getting lean and fit after 50.

And with our emphasis of quality over quantity you'll be confident that you can avoid the fear of getting hurt with exercise.  

After an initial assessment (and regular re-assessments), our coaches will provide you with the tools, systems and guidance you need to reach your goals. With determination, the right program and on-going support from your coach, you'll learn how to get there and stay there.
